    In order to lead and manage others, you must be able to lead and manage yourself. This course will teach you to focus inwardly on the global leader in you. Leadership experts around the world agree that learning to be an effective manager must begin on the inside and not the outside.

  • DEVELOPING INNER LEADERSHIP PART 2

    Identifies and discusses the 10 inner leadership qualities or traits that effective leaders and managers all have in common. These traits are universal and vary little from industry to industry, profession to profession and country to country.

  • CULTURE AND CULTURAL CONDITIONING

    Helps you to understand the meaning of culture and cultural conditioning. Using what you learned from previous modules, you will learn the meaning of culture and cultural conditioning and how it can impact the way you manage and lead your teams.

  • OVERCOMING CULTURAL BARRIERS AND STEREOTYPES

    Defines how stereotyping and prejudice create barriers and shows you ways to break down these barriers. Learn how to break down barriers through greater understanding, acceptance and respect for cultural differences.

    Reviews the 10 principles that are recognized by leadership experts around the world as contributing to effective business communication. Learning these principles will help you become a better global communicator.

    Provides you with additional cross cultural communication tips and techniques. You will have an opportunity to practice cross cultural communication techniques in workplace scenarios.

  • MANAGING CONFLICT

    Teaches you how to manage employees and conflicts that may arise in a multicultural workplace. Learn to work your way through problem solving with activities and feedback.
