This module defines how stereotyping and prejudice create barriers and shows you ways to break down these barriers. Learn how to break down barriers through greater understanding, acceptance and respect for cultural differences.
Effective Cross Cultural Communication Part 1
This module will review the 10 principles that are recognized by leadership experts around the world as contributing to effective business communication. Learning these principles will help you become a better global communicator.
Effective Cross Cultural Communication Part 2
This module will provide you with additional cross cultural communication tips and techniques. You will have an opportunity to practice cross cultural communication techniques in workplace scenarios.
This module will teach you how to manage employees and conflicts that may arise in a multicultural workplace. Learn to work your way through problem solving with activities and feedback.
